Founded in 1986 the Bastrop Juneteenth Celebration is held the 3rd weekend of June in historic Bastrop.

🏆 Something Special is Coming to the 40th Annual Bastrop Juneteenth Celebration Banquet! 🏆

For 40 years, our community has been built by leaders, visionaries, trailblazers, and everyday heroes whose dedication has strengthened Bastrop and preserved the spirit of Juneteenth.

This year, the Bastrop Juneteenth Celebration Committee is proud to honor nine outstanding individuals whose impact has left a lasting mark on our community.

While we're keeping most of our honorees a secret for now, we can tell you they will be recognized in the following categories:

🏛️ Legacy Builder Award

These individuals represent generations of service, leadership, perseverance, and community pride.
