Bland County Public Schools' QUILL Foundation Bland County Public Schools' Foundation for Quality, Unique, Innovative Learning, and Leadership (QUILL) is as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

The QUILL Foundation seeks to support programs for students, teachers, and schools. QUILL Foundation Directors are:

Please visit our QUILL Foundation booth today! We are having a drawing for 3 Gift Baskets! We have a "Bath and Body" basket, that contains locally made soaps, balms, and lotions from Many Blue Hills, Rocky Gap, Virginia. We have a "Coffee Lovers" basket that contains a Yeti coffee cup, assorted flavors for a Keurig, kitchen towel set, and other goodies! Next, we have a "Game Basket" that contains various games from Rook, Uno, Jenga, word puzzle book, etc.! Come out and enter for a chance to win. You do not have to be present to win! ☺️
