Thank You Martinsville and Henry County!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone in Martinsville and Henry County who made this year’s After-Prom possible. The After-Prom Committee worked tirelessly to create a safe, fun, and memorable night for our students—and we couldn’t have done it without the incredible support of our community.

We had a vision, and with your help, we saw it through to the end.

A special thank you goes out to the amazing volunteers who dedicated their time to be with our students throughout the night, ensuring everyone felt cared for and safe. We also want to express our gratitude to the three officers who were present to help maintain a safe environment for all.

Looking Ahead:

Please stay tuned for a meeting announcement later this month. The current After-Prom Committee will be “retiring,” and we’ll need new leadership for the 2026 After-Prom. At a minimum, we will need a President, Secretary, and potentially a Treasurer.

If you have a heart for our students and a desire to keep this incredible tradition going, we’d love to see you step forward!

The After-Prom Committee is up and running, serving a tasty breakfast with biscuits, muffins, fruit, coffee, hot chocolate, and cinnamon raisin biscuits and a combo (biscuit & gravy, cinnamon & raisin with a drink of your choice).

As Prom quickly approaches, we are excited to begin planning for a safe and fun After-Prom celebration! Our next meeting is coming up, and we welcome all family members, friends, and supporters of the students to join us in making this event a success.
The more help we have, the better we can ensure a memorable experience for our students. Your involvement is crucial, and it gives us a chance to discuss ways you can help on the night of After-Prom. Whether you're interested in volunteering, donating, or have questions, we’d love to have you join us!
