Join Basin Recreation in its pursuit to offer an inviting and inclusive community center for guests and members in the Basin area. Basin Recreation provides all types of leisure activities, recreation, and entertainment for the citizens of the Big Horn Basin.

Unfortunately our normal games vs Greybull were not able to be scheduled this year due to lack of numbers. We are working on adding additional games, however the game on the 17th is the only one that is guaranteed. If you know of AAU or other rec girls team looking for games please share/tag this post with their coach or director.

Basin Rec Evening Activities – Stay Active with Us!
We're hosting fun, inclusive evening activities 5 days a week at the Basin Community Center – and we'd love for you to join!

No membership required to participate
No prior experience needed – everyone is welcome!

Come enjoy an inclusive, enjoyable atmosphere to stay active. We also set aside time for your younger kids to practice or play under your direct supervision.
What you need to know:

Wear clean gym shoes (required for the floor)
Sign in each time you attend
Spread the word – tell your friends!

Cost: Just $2 per activity (honor system) – helps keep the lights on, bathrooms clean, and facilities maintained.
This small fee is waived if you have a current Basin Recreation Facility membership.

Routine maintenance that requires building closure will take place in our entire rec center facility from 7:45am-Noon on 1/14/26.
The doors will be locked and membership fobs will be inoperable for those times. Regular rec activities and facility uses can resume after noon.

There will be Alum ranging from many different years to help raise money for the 25/26 Boys High School Basketball team and for Basin Recreation / Community Center. The community's attendance and generosity is greatly appreciated.
