We have had some requests from kids to have a basketball open gym. Chris and Julie Dunlap volunteered to help. The old high school gym will be open at 2:00 Sunday February 5th. We will need a liability waiver signed.

Basin Recreation just finished their first youth volleyball season at the Basin Community Complex! A big thanks to Alan Landis for getting this activity started and all the volunteer coaches.

Thanks to all who helped with Rec Volleyball this season. We had around 20 kids show up, great turnout.

Special thanks to the coaches Virgie Mattis/Tonya Scott/Malinda Shaw If you see them give them a high five!!

This is the first Intramural program done by the Rec District since the town took ownership of the Basin Community Center. Here's to many more.

The Rec District would like to thank the following for donating the funds to get these kids some pizza after a long volleyball season. Again, if you see them, HIGH FIVE! If you're interested in donating for future programs after season parties, we would greatly appreciate it. The kids sure deserve it.

Come join us to Support Small Business Saturday and Businesses without a storefront in Basin!

The Basin Community Complex is partnering with the Basin Chamber to host a Pop-Up Shop for Shop Small Business Saturday. The event will be held at the Community Complex Gym. Home based businesses with a Wyoming Business License or Wyoming Tax ID may participate. You can set-up from 9am on Saturday November 26th shoppers arrive from noon to 3pm. Turn in your receipts with you name and number by December 5th and you will be entered to win Lilac Loot, which can be used same as cash at participating chamber member businesses.
