We're teaming up with to offer our awesome clients a Virtual Stretch Yoga Class!

Ski Conditioning Phase I is under way and we're including this BONUS class for all of our current members.

It's not too late to join and get your body performing at it's peak!

FLEXIBILITY IS THE FOUNDATION OF FITNESS!
Increase your mobility and flexibility while preventing injury during this guided stretch. Your body will thank you for it! You wouldn't build a house on an unstable foundation would you? Same concept with your body, your flexibility is directly correlated to your strength.

Do you want to be stronger? First, be flexible.

Lead by certified yoga instructor, , stretch yoga is great for athletes, those new to yoga or if you're needing a good stretch. It allows the muscles to relax and helps increase your range of motion.

OUR PROGRAMMING! 🤓

Here’s a Timelapse of Katie doing “the boards”. Each week we have 4 different workouts:
✔️stability
✔️power
✔️strength
✔️metabolic conditioning

The workouts stay the same for FOUR weeks…although we do change up the tempo or sets to increase in difficulty, the exercises are the same.

We do this so you can master the moves and track progress.

Each program builds on the next and works in Shawn’s year long macro cycle of programming.

Shawn’s spends hours on these programs! They are meticulous and thought out. We don’t do “random”!
