We are at every the shoe event signing new members. We need to sign the show of interest cards. Those are so we can get recertified every year.But we need new members.Also old members come back, new members.Join us! We're at the shoe event, come and see us

For the last decade and a half we have been educating the 2,500 employees covered by The Collective Bargaining Agreements of the need for you to join yOUR UnIon.

Through door knocking, one on one talks, letters being sent, brochures bring distributed (in English and Spanish) at School Nutrition Assistant and Custodial In-services we have heard "I get what you get, so why spend my money". The numerous letters sent were received by blind eyes. We have spoken to deaf ears without any care.

We have heard "the Union does nothing". Now you will see what the union did.

Thank you for constantly saying "I get what you get"

Now I will thank you and say We (union dues paying members) get what you get, and wanted; an empty plate.

We tried the very best with the volunteers who said yes, to serve, educate, and represent (Union Members in good standing) those covered by The CBA's.

You cannot say you did not know this was on the horizon.

Thanks again with the choice you made (of being selfish) because you now have sealed the destiny for the 2,500 employees and their families.

GREEN & LIME BOOKS: Well it has happened, your books are not contracts anymore it's called a Handbook, not contract, you no longer have a contract. You are no longer represented or covered by a contract. YOU can no longer attend testing to make sure it is fair to all. You cannot be represented in Health Committees or Accident Reviews Negotiating wages, absolutely not, you get what they give you. Discipline, they do what they want. Will they follow the Handbook, I can't tell you. Now it's a waiting game. All the years we have warned you what was coming, and you chose to let it go. Years of the union fighting for you, down the drain.
