Polk Youth Leadership Team The Polk County Youth Leadership Team consists of youth (ages 10-19) who want to give back to their community.

YLT members give a voice to the unique perspective of Polk County's youth. As ambassadors for the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Alliance(TPPA), a part of the Healthy Start Coalition of Hardee, Highlands, and Polk Counties, Inc., we spread the word about teen pregnancy prevention and promote positive activities, community service, setting goals, and achieving our dreams. Our members come from diverse backgrounds and represent the reality of being a teen (or tween) today!
