Bartow Art Guild is pleased to provide the artist hospitality at Bloomin’ Arts this weekend! We will be there throughout the festival to give exhibiting artists sustenance breaks with a coffee bar, bagels, muffins, fruit, juice, cold water, and mid-day snacks. We will also make the rounds with cold water during the warmest part of each day. We will be set up next to the information booth at Main & Central. Stop by to say hello!

This weekend, March 7 and 8, the City of Bartow will host the 55th Annual Bloomin' Arts Festival Bartow, FL, presented by Moody Law, P.A., and co-hosted by the Bartow Art Guild, the Greater Bartow Chamber of Commerce & Welcome Center, and Main Street Bartow.

Located throughout the downtown area, the Festival will feature fine arts & crafts, a student art show, a car show, a quilt show, and a plein air competition, along with a Bike Ride, children’s activities, free entertainment, and food.

At the Commission meeting on Monday, Mayor Tucker proclaimed March 7 and 8 as Bloomin’ Arts Festival Days and encouraged residents and visitors to join in the celebration by safely participating in the festival’s events and embracing the creative and community spirit that defines the occasion.

The proclamation was accepted by Bloomin’ Arts Co-Chairpersons Michell Githens and Lara Frederickson, along with Michelle Helms and Katie Fincher from the Chamber.

We are a small organization that depends on charitable giving, which we frugally focus on arts programming. Our efforts include monthly exhibits of original artwork, receptions honoring local artists, and workshops teaching various art forms. We founded the Bloomin’ Arts Festival 55 years ago, which is still going strong! And in 2025, we were selected to manage the Best of Polk Art Exhibit, which brought hundreds of visitors to Bartow Public Library in October and November.
