❤️ Will You Partner With City Compassion? ❤️

At City Compassion, we believe no one in our community should have to face hunger alone. Every day, we have the privilege of serving our neighbors, sharing groceries, and offering hope to families who need a helping hand. But we can’t do it alone!

🙏 Would you consider becoming a monthly partner?

Your monthly gift, whether it’s $10, $20, $50, $100, or whatever God lays on your heart, helps us plan ahead and continue meeting the needs of our community. Small gifts, when combined, make a BIG difference!

As we approach the end of the year, we also ask that you remember City Compassion in your year-end giving. Your generosity helps keep our doors open, our shelves stocked, and hope alive for the families we serve.

Every dollar matters. Every gift makes a difference. Every partnership helps us serve more neighbors.

❤️ Partner with us. Help us share hope. Be part of what God is doing in our community.

🥔 RUTABAGA ABUNDANCE! 🥔

We have an abundance of rutabagas at City Compassion, and we’re excited to share them with our neighbors! 💚

Not sure what to do with a rutabaga? Don’t let that funny-looking vegetable scare you! 😂 There are SO many ways to enjoy them:

✨ Mash them like potatoes
✨ Roast them with olive oil, salt & pepper
✨ Add them to soups and stews
✨ Make rutabaga fries
✨ Mix them with mashed potatoes
✨ Add them to casseroles
✨ Bake them with butter and a little brown sugar
✨ Toss them into a hearty vegetable hash

They’re delicious, filling, and a great way to stretch a meal! 🥘

And here’s the important part: These are available DURING OUR REGULAR SHOPPING HOURS. They are NOT sitting outside for a grab-and-go giveaway.

🛒 Come shop with us:
📅 Monday: 2 PM–7 PM
📅 Wednesday: 9 AM–2 PM
📅 Thursday: 2 PM–7 PM

⏰ Please remember: You must be checked in at least 15 minutes before closing.
