🐾🦆🐾Hey hey! We had a great training day today!!!🐾🦆🐾

We talked in depth with demonstrations on collar conditioning, force to here and force fetch. Thank you to Carlton for heading up discussion and demo. Thank you to all who asked questions, offered advice and different perspectives.

We rounded out the training with some marks for all levels of dogs.

It was great to see so many young pups starting their training journey!!!

Our training day this month will be May 9th 9am hosted by Carlton & Melissa Coblentz.

With so many young dogs currently in our club, we plan to discuss several aspects of collar conditioning and force fetch. The discussion will be followed up with a demonstration time and an opportunity for questions. For those with advanced dogs, there will be opportunity for some challenging marks and blind as requested.

We hope this will be beneficial to all who attend!🐶🐶🐶

We’ll break for lunch at noon, so please bring a lunch, chair and plenty to drink for you and your pup. 🥪 🥤 🍪

🐾🦆🐾Three Rivers HRC Spring Hunt Test is a wrap!!!🐾🦆🐾

We would like to extend a huge thank you to all the judges, handlers, Locust Grove Archery Team (bird tech extraordinaires!!!) club members and friends that made this weekend a huge success!!!

We are super excited for all the youth kids that ran dogs this weekend. Great job Celiah Daugherty for running at the Started level. Also congratulations to our youth that ran in the Fun Hunt, Emrie, Kennedy, Millie and Slater!!!

Congratulations to club members Lee Alsbury with Huck and Malcolm McIntosh with Gracie for earning Hunting Retriever Champion titles in 2025! 🏆🏆🏆

ATTENTION!!!
THE Locust Grove Archery team, which many of you know have been our bird techs for many years will be on the Hunt Test grounds serving lunch both Saturday and Sunday!!! No need to bring lunch or run in to town, these kids do a phenomenal job for us every year both spring and fall, go support them!!! You won't be disappointed!!

It’s almost Hunt Test time. We are looking forward to a great weekend….of hopefully SUNSHINE!!!
