In recognition of Indigenous Peoples’ Day, our Club members explored aspects of Native American history and culture through hands-on activities! Members created miniature tipis and tried their hand at making traditional fry bread.

These activities gave our members an opportunity to learn about Indigenous traditions while experiencing something new along the way!

A big THANK YOU to J&L PowerClean for generously donating their time and services to power wash the front entrance of our Bartlesville Club!

Our entrance sees a lot of feet coming through those doors every day, and we appreciate J&L Power Clean helping us keep it looking its best.

It's local businesses like J&L Power Clean that make such a difference in our community. Thank you for investing your time and talents in a place that serves local kids every day! 💙

🌟 PROGRAM SPOTLIGHT: TORCH CLUB 🌟

Leadership starts early at the Boys & Girls Club!

Torch Club is a chartered leadership and service club that introduces young people to volunteerism, community service, and the importance of taking ownership of their Club.

Torch Club members meet regularly to share ideas, discuss ways to improve the Club experience, and plan projects throughout the year. Through hands-on service projects and leadership opportunities, members learn that their ideas matter and that they can make a difference in their Club and community.

Torch Club is offered at both our Bartlesville and Dewey locations!

Congratulations to Blakely, our September Youth of the Month for our Dewey Club!

Blakely brings kindness and positivity with her wherever she goes! She is always polite, respectful, and treats everyone with kindness and fairness. Her smile can light up a room, and she’s always ready to jump into activities and lend a helping hand.

Blakely loves being part of Smart Girls and enjoys helping Tania in the kitchen. We love having her bright and caring spirit at the Club! 💛

🌟 Congratulations to our September Youth of the Month at the Bartlesville Club, Arianna!

Arianna consistently shows what it means to be a kind, caring and helpful Club member. She is a wonderful role model for our younger members and is always looking out for others - especially her younger and older siblings. You’ll often find her encouraging them to pitch in and help around the Club right alongside her.

Arianna leads by example and demonstrates the character, responsibility and care for others that we hope to see in all of our members. We are so proud to recognize her as our September Youth of the Month! 💙

Thank you to EY in Bartlesville for sponsoring September's Youth of the Month!
