MCRC Discord Channel

In an effort to create more options for our members to connect and get answers to tech questions, we've set up a Discord channel for member communications. Discord is an online text forum & voice chat application for your computer or phone. It's a great place to get club announcements and tech help in a chat format.
If you're already a user of Discord, or brand new to it, you can use this link to request access to the MCRC group: request member access to MCRC Discord Channel

Must be an active member to request access.

Not exactly a ‘grid down’ solution, however, digital modes like DMR/P25/NXDN/YSF/DSTAR through gateways are a great way to communicate with your group, or globally with a relatively ‘low footprint’ set up.

Meshcore is quickly becoming a robust way to build a decentralized community network over 900MHz. Been liking these Atlavox units for several reasons as a ‘turnkey’ solution….Are you on the mesh? What type of node/repeater set up is your go to? 👇🏽
