OUR House of Central Vermont OUR House serves all victims of sexual abuse, regardless of age throughout Washington County VT. O.U.R. House of Central Vermont, Inc.

is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that is proud to be both Central Vermont's Children's Advocacy Center and the Washington County Unit for Special Investigations. The letters "OUR" form an acronym for "One Unified Response" which is the reason OUR House was established. We knew, in 1989, that it was important to make it as easy as possible for our children and their families to go through the process of reporting abuse and the resulting investigation. Established in 1989, OUR House is proud to be celebrating over twenty years of helping the children of central Vermont. OUR House is a Charter Member of the National Children's Alliance and was Vermont's first Children's Advocacy Center.

A huge thank you to our Annual Conference Sponsors! We are incredibly grateful for your partnership and your investment in this important work. Thank you for supporting VCA, our multidisciplinary teams, and the children and families we serve throughout Vermont. We truly could not do this without you!

“The world isn’t shaped just by those doing horrible things, it is shaped by those doing nothing”

Speak up, support, help, advocate, educate.

Do better.

All our prevention efforts are to help kids know how to keep themselves safe because those who harm, aren’t held accountable and those who see the harm, don’t make an effort.

If you see harm, and do nothing, you have a hand in the harm.

Thank you Bar Harbor!
