Please spread the word about The Barre Community Thanksgiving. This is a FREE dinner for any and all families and residents. If you know of a family or individual who could benefit, please let them know.

We are all set with volunteers this Thanksgiving, thanks to everyone who will be helping out.

We are still looking for thawed turkeys to be delivered at the Masonic temple on Thanksgiving eve from 5 to 7. Also still in need of beverages like soda, juice, and cider.

If anyone would still like to donate WINTER jackets, hats, mittens, we desperately need children's (boys and girls) all sizes. Please contact Beckie Kennedy with any donations.

THANKSGIVING UPDATE:

We are still looking for the following items for our dinner.

10 gallons of milk
Juice/cider
Soft drinks
8 qts chicken stock
Individual butter chips

We are also a bit short on Turkeys. We are looking for fresh or thawed turkeys. If you would like to make a donation of any of these items please contact Beckie Sue Kennedy.

Hello everyone. Just wanted to give an update on Thanksgiving. We are still looking for about 20 volunteers for thanksgiving day, to help serve guests and clean up the Masonic lodge. We are also still in need of desserts (homemade or store bought), fried onions, milk, chicken stock, juice and 250 dinner rolls. Please contact Beckie Sue Kennedy by fb message or 522 2067 if you would like to volunteer or donate. ALSO, PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD, TO ANYONE AND.EVERYONE YOU CAN. This is a FREE dinner on Thanksgiving day, not only for homeless, but for anyone individual or family that might not have a meal otherwise. :-)

3rd Annual Barre Community Thanksgiving. We are looking for a total of 30 volunteers to help out with serving and cleanup at the dinner, as well as donations for food items, and winter wear. We have a great start on food donations, and will be posting a list of items still needed. THANKS for your support, let's make this another successful year :-)

I just picked up our "300" rolls donation. The baker misread the order and baked us 30 instead..if anyone can help with rolls it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanksgiving Eve is here! I want to thank everyone who has helped maked this years dinner possible. PLEASE PLEASE if you know of anyone who would like company tomorrow or anyone who needs a meal send them our way. We have a delicious traditional Thanksgiving dinner, with a HUGE selection of desserts, juice, coffee, cider, and coloring for the children.
