Medicare Open Enrollment is open now until December 7. During Open Enrollment, you can review your current plan and benefits and make decisions about your coverage for 2027, including your Medicare Part D prescription drug plan.

CVHHH is partnering with several local restaurants for our first-ever Dine Out to Make a Difference fundraiser next Thursday, October 22. Thank you to the Contributions Committee at Waitsfield Champlain Valley Telecom for supporting CVHHH's telehealth program with a $1,500 grant. This award will help cover equipment costs for the program which provides vital healthcare access and connection to more than 270 Central Vermonters annually.

Today we introduced Caring Hearts, CVHHH’s staff engagement and appreciation program. Through Caring Hearts, members of Team CVHHH can recognize each other for embodying the CVHHH mission all year long – with cards, awards, gatherings, wellness activities, and more!

We had a great time this afternoon celebrating the new program, sharing a delicious lunch catered by Locarno's, and connecting with colleagues.
