Hello Baroda Community and American Legion Post 345 members!

I would like to introduce myself as the newly elected Commander of the Baroda Community American Legion. I am truly honored to have this opportunity to serve this incredible community and our veterans. To begin, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to our past commanders, officers, and members whose commitment and dedication built the strong foundation we stand on today.

We are fortunate to have an outstanding existing team in place. From our remarkable bar manager and staff to the dedicated leadership and members of our Sons of the American Legion (SAL) and Auxiliary Unit, your hard work and engagement keep our Post thriving. Together, we remain fully committed to our mission of honoring, supporting, and serving our veterans and the Baroda community.

This Post belongs to all of us. To our current officers and members, we thank you and look forward to your continued engagement. To our neighbors and fellow veterans, we invite you to aid and support us in our efforts to make a difference. Let's make this coming year our best one yet!

Forward together,

Jeff Shirley
Commander
Baroda Community American Legion, Post 345

Wishing all of our Active Duty and Veteran Fathers a very happy Father's Day! 🫡

Happy Father's day to each and everyone of you who hold the title DAD.

To you who can't be there today because you chose an honored role of Soldier, Fire Fighter, Police Officer, Medic, Dispatcher, Dr. or Nurse we see you and thank each and everyone of you.

By profession I am a soldier and take great pride in that fact, but I am also prouder, infinitely prouder, to be a father. A soldier destroys in order to build; the father only builds, never destroys.”

~ General Douglas MacArthur
