Full Transparency: We Need Your Help!

WE NEED A SPACE!

Weโ€™re searching for a location on either October 16 or 17 that can comfortably accommodate 75-100 people for an event from 3 PM to 5 PM. If you know of any available spaces, please let us know!

I had hoped to get this information out to you sooner with more solid details, but due to the recent storm, we had to reschedule the awards ceremony. Unfortunately, we couldnโ€™t complete the necessary prep work, and when we tried to reschedule, the original venue was no longer available.

As for why the event isnโ€™t happening next week: We have a 3-day โ€œfield dayโ€ event planned, where we bring a portable event to different housing complexes around the county.

Iโ€™ll be visiting Mrs. Earnieโ€™s classes and the senior center in Blackville tomorrow (Thursday) to wrap up weigh-ins. I hope to have an update on the ceremony then.
