Christmas in the Country GIVING SOLDIERS A PLACE TO CALL HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS Each year SC FAMILYFEST adopts between 16-18 Wounded Warriors from Ft. Gordon for the Holidays.

Arriving on Dec. 23 and staying until Dec. 27, we are happy to provide these men and women a place to call home. With the help of the community, churches, other organizations and one very generous person, we are able to bring these Soldiers to a quiet retreat in the country for 5 days. This will be our third year to celebrate Christmas with these men and women. We all feel honored that they have chosen to spend Christmas with us and each year feel as though our family has gotten a little bigger and they have a second place to call home.
