Tri-County Community Foundation The TCCF seeks to improve the quality of life in Allendale, Bamberg and Barnwell Counties through health and education grants to non-profit organizations.

The Tri-County Community Foundation provides opportunities for Charitable Giving to those who want to enhance the quality of life in Allendale, Bamberg and Barnwell Counties. The Foundation provides opportunities for Donor-Advised funds where gifts can be directed to a designated need and also administers privately funded higher education scholarships. Additionally the Foundation offers competitive grant funding in the areas of Health and Early Childhood Education.
