Rest in Peace: Fr. Leo A. LeBlanc

Fr. Leo was our Diocesan Scouting Director & Chaplain from 1977-1993, organizer of the first Scout Retreat in 1981, which he ran every year through 1992. He was also National Scouting Chaplain (1992-1995), ICCS Scouting Chaplain of the Americas (2002-2009), ICCS World Scouting Chaplain (2006-2014), New England Scouting Chaplain, Eagle Scout, Distinguished Eagle Scout Award recipient, Silver Beaver Award recipient, & St. George Award recipient.
