We're still seeking applicants to be the organizations Executive Director.

We were established to support Children’s Cove's mission and support services for a timely response to the needs of children and families served. This includes immediate needs such as safe housing, transportation, or other basic needs, as well as healing activities and programs that fall outside of county, state and federal funding.

As the needs for children and families have grown, we're now in the position to hire our first full-time Executive Director. This is not a grant funded position - meaning, it is secure. This role will continue to build operations, strengthen governance, lead fundraising, and help position the organization for a future capital campaign in support of a new facility for Children’s Cove.

The Friends of Children's Cove is hiring!

Currently volunteer-run, we are at a pivotal inflection point. We are professionalizing our operations to expand our fundraising impact and enhance our support for the child victims and non-offending families served by Children's Cove.

This opportunity is a fully remote position that requires frequent in-person participation in events and meetings across Cape Cod and the Islands. The ideal candidate will be a "door-opener" who can foster deep community connections and inspire philanthropic investment in a legacy project that will serve the Cape and Islands for decades to come.
