A full house joined us for our final 2026 Cape Cod Speaker Series event — and Brad Stevens delivered a fitting conversation to end an extraordinary summer.

From Butler's unforgettable Final Four runs to the Celtics sidelines and front office, Brad shared insights on leadership, culture, teamwork and what it means to put the team first—lessons that resonate well beyond basketball.

Before Boston, there was Butler.

In 2010, Brad Stevens led Butler University to the first Final Four in school history– and all the way to the NCAA championship game.

Then he did it again.

In 2011, Butler returned to the Final Four and played for a second consecutive national championship.

Those remarkable runs weren't just Cinderella stories. They were lessons in preparation, culture, teamwork and believing a group could accomplish more together than anyone expected.

On August 25, Stevens joins the Cape Cod Speaker Series to talk about the leadership principles that have followed him from Butler to Boston.
