And just so you know, the ATF Is the Bureua of Alcohol , To***co and fi****ms and while they are out chasing little kids in bunny hats and other “highly criminal elements,” their duties in gun trafficking and gun violence investigations are nonexistent. So much for a president who knows how to solve crime. this administration has done everything it can do to rollback meaningful gains in the last four years to curb gun violence and continues to do so at every opportunity.

Part of the knee jerk gun culture that causes so many tragic events.

A jury convicted an 83-year-old Ohio man of murder in the shooting of an Uber driver who he wrongly thought was trying to rob him after scam phone calls deceived them both.

William J. Brock fatally shot the driver after wrongly assuming she was in on a plot to get $12,000 in supposed bond money for a relative, authorities said.

We have a very unhealthy attitude in this country toward fi****ms which leaves us flaunting a “right” and ignoring our responsibilities concerning the firearm.

A man was shot in the leg and wounded by an ICE agent last night in Minneapolis. This isn’t an isolated incident—it’s part of a dangerous pattern of gun violence and armed intimidation by federal agents that has wreaked havoc in communities across the country.

According to The Trace , there have been at least 16 incidents in which federal agents opened fire, and another 15 incidents in which agents have held someone at gunpoint since the Trump Administration’s anti-immigration campaign began. With the statistics regarding young male involvement in most shootings and what we know about psychological development at this age, this is clearly the wrong way to go to reduce the gun violence epidemic. The law to increase the age of firearm ownership passed after the Parkland shooting and now a bill to lower the age has passed the House.

HOW SOON THEY FORGET!

Our admiration goes out to all the groups who fight so hard to hold the line on the 21 age limit.

Nearly 19 years ago, John Rosenthal recognized our nation as the Gun Violence Capital of the World. He wrote, "Given the virtually unregulated access to guns in the US, it's actually surprising that there aren't more than 80-90 gun deaths and 200-300 injuries everyday."
He was right; it's now 125-130 people die and 200+ injured from gun violence daily in the U.S.

THIS IS ONE OF THE ONLY SANE VICTORIES THE SUPREME COURT HAS RENDERED ON FI****MS. Of course a gun kit you can put together in your basement to create a firearm in under twenty minutes and sell for five times what you paid for it into the criminal market should be illegal.

If we just applied common sense federal laws to all fi****ms we would greatly reduce gun violence. We cannot rely on the states alone as so many of our states have lax or no gun laws.

Ghost guns are untraceable fi****ms bought and built without a background check that look, shoot, and kill like real guns. This year, the Supreme Court affirmed ghost guns will continue to be treated like the deadly weapons they are.

The Supreme Court did the right thing by upholding a lawful and critical rule that protects public safety, and by rejecting the gun lobby’s deadly agenda. In 2026, we’ll keep building on the progress of this important victory. https://etwn.us/4b54BvW

The incestuous relationship between our administration and the NRA and gun manufacturers is a a very big part of the gun violence problem in America. We need to know these things and realize all the issues that contribute to our gun violence problem in order to solve it. Let’s work to build better gun sense candidates locally and federally coming into the midterms.

Kicking off 2026 with a BIG win for gun owners. Thanks to President Trump's leadership and NRA's allies in Congress, the $200 NFA transfer tax for suppressors, short-barreled rifles and shotguns, and any other weapons defined by the NFA has been eliminated.
