I have 3 tickets to Wednesday June 3rd cardinals game!

Let’s talk about anger.
It’s a complicated feeling and our society doesn’t want to see it and we’ve been conditioned not to show it.

But not showing it doesn’t make it go away.

In fact, holding it inside can be extremely detrimental to your health.

In a controlled environment, we did some rage therapy.

There is something about striking something knowing that it’s ok to let out your aggression. You aren’t hurting anyone or anything of value.

We were at a junk yard smashing cars that do not function and are worth nothing.

There was a catharsis. There was a surge of adrenaline and we all felt that it was ok to express our anger about the death of our children.

Love Like Jackson wants to create a space where you can feel all of your feelings. Tonight, we did that.

Mother’s Day is one of the hardest days for a grieving mom to see come. She misses her child every day but on that one special day that is set aside every year for mother’s, it’s lonely and it’s sad to get through.

Sending all the love to bereaved mothers on this day that we all wish didn’t exist.
Knowing we are not alone does give solace.
Happy international bereaved Mother’s Day.
