In February, Volleyball will be selling tickets during bingo at the Barnesville Elk’s Lodge. Two workers are needed for each Wednesday.
Here are the following Wednesday dates that will need covered by our parents of any HS or MS volleyball players.

HELP!! As many of you know, the fall athletic program contains a LOT of photos to recognize our athletes! We are in need of quite a lot of photo sponsorships. These photos are what the program is all about. It's an amazing keepsake for all junior high AND high school athletes.

BY REQUEST, we have added more photos to the book! We are super excited to be able to make these offerings but if we do not get sponsorships, we may have to take out the ones that are not sponsored.

The cost to sponsor a photo is $60.00. Checks can be made payable to the Barnesville Cheer Parent Organization or even better, VENMO us -cheerleaders.

If your clothing order is not out in the cafeteria at the HS volleyball game at home tonight or you didn’t pick up your clothing order that is here… please plan to pick up at South Street Apparel after tonight.
They are open 9-5 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Thank you for all your support!!! We truly appreciate all that ordered! ❤️☘️🏐

Attention parents who will be working the varsity games at the concession stand: we are going to implement a new process as home games come to an end.
➡️Once varsity starts the third set, regardless of how the games are going, we would like for the workers to start shutting down the concession stand and only selling drinks for the remaining time.
Things that will need done:
🍿Pack up the remaining food & supplies, place on the carts or back in the cooler.
🍰Clean any utensils used, return to the cafeteria.
🍕If there is a crockpot, the person who brought it will be out after the game to collect it, place it by the wall where it was plugged in.
🌭Wipe down the hotdog machine and place on the carts.
🥨Clean tables with Clorox wipes.
🍩Put the tables and chairs back.

When the game is officially over, lock the cooler up and bring the money to Misty or Jes unless we are able to meet you first.
A committee member will take the loaded carts back to the storage closet.

We appreciate all that you guys do to help!!!

Clothing orders can be picked up during the day on Monday August 18th at South Street Apparel… anything after 4:00p will be brought to the HS and can be picked up that evening at the concession stand during the HS volleyball games. This opportunity will be available both Monday, August 18th and Tuesday, August 19th during the home volleyball games. After the 19th all orders can be picked up at South Street Apparel location… they are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9a-5p.
