It is with great pleasure that we introduce you to our newly sworn in Board Member and Secretary, Brucella.
We are anxious to get to know Sofia and have her with us at our upcoming events! A little about Sofia: Originally from Staten Island, she moved down to the shore with her family a few years ago.
She is currently a Junior at Stockton University, studying to become a Physician's Assistant.
Sofia wants to get more involved with Barnegat Pride because she cares deeply about the LGBTQ+ Community. As a dedicated ally, she recognizes the importance of continuing this fight for all marginalized communities. Sofia hopes to be able to serve as a voice of allies on this board, and cannot wait to get to work.
