Tonight, the 20th Masonic District truly came together to honor our Brother, Alfred K. Sherman. More than 75 Masonic brothers stood shoulder to shoulder, paying their final respects to a brother who has been called to the Lodge on High.

John, you did an outstanding job this evening. I don't know how you maintained your composure throughout such an emotional service, but your words and leadership honored Al beautifully.

Chris, your dedication speaks volumes about your character. Traveling many hours to be there for Al and his family is a true example of what it means to be a Mason.

Tonight was a reminder of what Masonry is truly about—a brotherhood that knows no boundaries, no distance, and no limits. When one of our brothers is in need, or when it is time to say farewell, we stand together. Brother Alfred K. Sherman will be missed, but he will never be forgotten.

Rest easy, Brother. Until we meet again.
