Yesterday was an absolute blast for Troop 217 at SkyZone!

The scouts bounced, flipped, raced, and laughed their way through an action-packed afternoon full of energy and fun. From dodgeball battles to ninja warrior courses, it was awesome to see everyone encouraging each other, trying new things, and just having fun together.

Trips like this remind us that Scouting is more than meetings and campouts, it’s about building friendships, confidence, and memories that last a lifetime.

Proud of this group and the way they represent Troop 217 everywhere we go!

Our troop had a fantastic time attending the Muskingum Valley Council Celebration of Scouting Dinner last night!

We were proud to celebrate Butch Wiseman, recognized for 50 years of service, a powerful reminder that Scouting is truly a lifelong journey built on leadership and service.

We also congratulate David Blair, recipient of the 2026 Service Award, whose dedication continues to strengthen our troop and its programs for youth.

Justin Logue was also honored with the President’s Award and the 2026 Service Award for his service as Scoutmaster and Board Member for the council.

Events like this highlight the strength of Scouting in Barlow, strong leaders, active families, and a program that continues to grow and welcome new Scouts. With door prizes, raffle prizes, and great company, it was a great night celebrating everything Scouting stands for. ⚜️

Our Scouts stay busy, build friendships, get outside, and make memories all year long, not just one weekend here and there. Whether it’s winter adventures or summer camp, there’s always something on the calendar to look forward to.
