We will be hosting a Paint & Switch event on 18 Dec from 3 - 5 PM at Hoban Hall. The cost is just $5, and we need your support to make this event a success!

What’s a Paint & Switch, you ask? It’s a fun and interactive activity where participants start with their own canvas and, after a set time, switch canvases with another participant. By the end of the event, everyone will have added their creative touch to multiple artworks!

Bring your creativity and enthusiasm, and don’t forget to tell a friend and bring a friend. It's going to be a fantastic time, full of laughter, art, and community spirit.

What’s on the horizon for AAHC? Starting in January, we will offer volunteer opportunities to read to students at a local elementary school. Slots will be no longer than 20mins. Once the details are finalized, a message will go out.

We are excited to share that we are raising funds for future events that celebrate our rich culture and community. This past year, we had the honor of hosting a Juneteenth event and a Back to School Bash, where we were able to provide free haircuts and school supplies to students in need. The smiles on their faces reminded us of the difference we can make together.

But we can’t do it without your help. Please consider buying a bag (or two!) or whatever your heart desires. Every contribution, no matter how small, helps us continue this important work and bring our community together.
