Team Member Chelsea is leading Team Indiana at the Special Olympics USA Games in Minnesota! 🩷 Way to go, Chelsea!!!

“I have been a Team Member for the Alex and Ali Foundation since it was founded in 2018. I have enjoyed working with our volunteers and other team
members on different projects for the store. I have learned how to interact with customers and do sales in the store. I have also learned how to count money. Since being at The Hope Gallery, it helped me with the different skills to get a job at Chick fil a.

I have had the honor to be selected to represent Indiana as a Coach for Team Indiana at the Special Olympics USA games in Minneapolis, Minnesota this year. I have been involved with Special Olympics in Johnson County for twenty-five years. I started as an athlete and now I am a coach with three different sports (basketball, volleyball and assistant coach for swimming). I enjoy interacting with all the athletes and getting to know them in different ways. It is always so much fun coaching the athletes and teaching them new skills.”
