The Fair Board is getting started with small, family-friendly events to raise funds, with a long-term goal of bringing more to our community… and one day, a full fair.

But we don’t want to guess what people want. We want to hear from YOU.

What would you and your family love to see here?

The Carlisle County Fair Board wants to send out a HUGE thank you to each and every person who supported this event to make it a success.

From Emergency Management, to floats, and spectators we couldn’t have done this without you guys!

Also if you had canned goods and still want to donate those- that can be arranged with a board member!

We can hardly believe it—the BIG night is almost here! Tomorrow evening, head to Bardwell and let’s Light Up the Night together!

For our very first Christmas parade, we already have 30 entries pre-registered, and there’s still room for more to hop in and join the fun!

Registration and lineup begin at 5:30 PM behind Bardwell Baptist Church.
Parade rolls out at 6:30 PM sharp!

And don’t forget—our Fair Board float will be at the end of the parade collecting canned goods for our local food pantries. If you’d like to give back, this is the perfect chance! 🎄

Come on out and enjoy the Christmas magic as we bring Bardwell’s very first Lighted Parade to life, and what we hope will be the start of a brand-new yearly tradition for our community. 🎄🎅

The naughty and nice list is being checked… and word on the street is Santa will be making a special stop in our area on December 6th! 🎅🚨

The Fair Board also wants to spread some holiday cheer beyond the parade. We’ll be collecting canned goods and non-perishable food items to give back and support local families in need. Every donation helps make the season brighter for someone right here in our community.

Come out, bring the kiddos, enjoy the magic — and if you can, bring a can! 🥫
