Last night’s Farm to Table Dinner was nothing short of incredible.

A very special thank you to ChefNewman Miller and his entire team for creating a meal we won’t soon forget

The chicken thighs were marinated for TWO DAYS and seasoned to absolute perfection, served over couscous filled with aromatic basil and fresh vegetables straight from the garden. From the hand-passed appetizers and fresh shrimp to the watermelon punch and that unforgettable lemon, blueberry and pastry dessert—every detail was phenomenal.

Thank you and all of the Bethlehem High School volunteers who helped serve our guests, and to every person who worked behind the scenes to make this evening possible.

To our sponsors, ticket holders, volunteers and everyone who joined us at the table—THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts.

It truly takes a village, and last night our community showed up for Guthrie Opportunity Center in a BIG way.

We hope you enjoyed every bite, every conversation and every moment around the table.

Stay tuned—we have so much more from this incredible evening to share!

Tonight is what it’s all about. 💚

At the heart of our Farm to Table Dinner—and everything we do at the Guthrie Opportunity Center—are our incredible participants and the opportunities we’re able to create together.

To every sponsor, every person who purchased a ticket, every volunteer, and every person who helped bring tonight to life: THANK YOU.

We simply could not do what we do or serve our community the way we do without each and every one of you.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in our mission, supporting our participants, and making tonight possible. đź’š
