We are excited to announce our new Postpartum Wellness & Support Group! It’s an 8-week counseling group created specifically for moms. 🤍
What you can expect:
• Connection and support from other mothers
• Practical coping and grounding skills
• Education about postpartum mental health
• A safe space to share openly without judgment
• Guidance on recognizing when additional support may be helpful
