Thanks to the amazing generosity of our community and the hardworking team at the United States Postal Service Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive, we collected approximately 3,500 pounds of food today!

We are so grateful to everyone who donated food, postal workers who helped make this possible, and the volunteers who spent the day sorting, organizing, and moving countless bags and boxes of donations. Your kindness and teamwork will help support local families facing food insecurity. ❤️

These photos show just a small glimpse of the incredible effort that went into today’s collection and sorting process. Community support like this truly makes a difference.

From all of us at the Baraboo Food Pantry — thank you for showing up for your neighbors.

The Baraboo Food Pantry, along with Beyond Blessed and Pathway House of Southern Wisconsin, is incredibly grateful to the Spirit Lake Artists, for their generous donation of $1,062 raised at the Soup Bowl Luncheon.

This unique and meaningful event brought the community together as guests selected a handcrafted bowl to enjoy their soup—and had the opportunity to purchase it afterward, along with other beautiful bowls and artwork created by talented local artists. Additional donated art pieces were also available for purchase, making the event both creative and impactful.

We truly appreciate the support and generosity of everyone involved. Your contributions help us continue serving our community and those in need.

We will reopen on Thursday, January 22, from 9am to noon, weather permitting. Please stay safe and warm!!!

Join Us for the St. Joe’s Community Breakfast! 🥞

The Baraboo Food Pantry invites everyone in the area to attend the St. Joe’s Breakfast, hosted by the Knights of Columbus, on:

📅 Sunday, January 18th
⏰ 8:00 AM – Noon
📍 St. Joseph’s School Cafeteria

This special breakfast is held once a month and is open to the entire community. A $8.00 free-will donation is suggested.

💙 This month’s breakfast is especially meaningful. A generous community member has pledged to match the Knights of Columbus’ gift to the Baraboo Food Pantry in honor of Kathy Sibert, who faithfully served as St. Joe’s Secretary for 31 years.

🥞 Full-circle generosity
Last fall, the Baraboo Food Pantry donated large bags of pancake mix to the Knights of Columbus—and they are now donating the cost of that mix back to the Pantry. Community helping community at its best!

Everyone is welcome—come enjoy a great breakfast, honor a beloved community member, and support local hunger relief. We hope to see you there!

The Baraboo Food Pantry is grateful to get these types of items, which are not often available. However, the households we support are very thankful to have them available as part of their monthly visit to the pantry.
