Offering FREE, healthy community meals in Bar Harbor, Maine. These meals are hosted at 116 Cottage Street every Tuesday from 4:00-7:00pm.

Our vision is a vibrant, welcoming and compassionate community, where all members have access to healthy food and authentic connection with their fellow neighbors. This program is FREE and OPEN TO ALL!

Since 2018, Open Table MDI has served more than 125,000 free meals to MDI residents and surrounding communities, sparking connection and a sense of belonging.

Chef D is over the moon for this spring mix from Blue Hill's Moon Beam farm!

🥗 Greens from this humungous bag made it into tonight's salad, and we even have a little left over for folks to take home.

"I can't overemphasize the JOY at the door!" — a Quietside supper volunteer.

Y'all, this pilot program blew us away. Feedback for the Quietside Supper has been a resounding "We want this to stick around" — and we hear you! No supper on June 2, but our team of volunteers will regroup and be back soon. Keep an eye on our socials! 👀

Our amazing volunteers worked so hard on Tuesday's supper, chopping and washing a record-breaking SEVEN CASES of collard greens! 🙀

All that work paid off: We heard from a few people that they thought they didn't like collards but were won over by this dish.
