Faith in Action of the San Gorgonio Pass, in collaboration with Blue Zone Healthcare, invites you to a Free Community & Wellness Event this Friday, October 24, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the Banning Community Center (769 N San Gorgonio Ave, Banning, CA 92220).

This event is open to the public and offers a variety of free wellness activities, resources, and food demonstrations designed to support healthy living and community connection.

Event Highlights:

🥗 Healthy Meal Prep Demonstrations by Blue Zone Healthcare and Carol’s Kitchen

☕ Food Demonstration by Nosotros Café

🧘 Sound Bath & Relaxation Session – learn to unwind and de-stress

💬 Community Health Worker (CHW) Services – on-site assistance and resource navigation
