We are in this together! The Hoge Mission is dedicated to helping Western North Carolina after Hurricane Helene and to provide resources & support for those impacted. We’ve been collecting essential supplies and delivering them quickly and efficiently to those individual impacted by Hurricane Helene. We strive to get them directly in the hands of those that need the items instead of allowing them to sit in Warehouses. We are in this together and no-one should have to face this alone!

One Year After Hurricane Helene

One year ago today, Hurricane Helene devastated Western North Carolina. In the days that followed, our communities faced heartbreaking loss — homes destroyed, families displaced, and lives forever changed.

But we also witnessed something extraordinary: neighbors helping neighbors, volunteers showing up from across the state, and countless acts of kindness that reminded us of the strength of this region.

The Hoge Mission was humbled to play a small part in the recovery, and we remain committed to supporting the families who are still rebuilding today.

As we remember the storm, we honor the resilience of our mountain communities and the spirit of those who never gave up. Thank you to every volunteer, donor, and friend who stood with us this past year. Your impact continues to make a difference. 💛
