The new Monthly Character Recognition Program celebrates students who demonstrate strong character traits throughout the school year, recognizing positive qualities that may not always show up on a transcript or scoreboard. Each student who is nominated receives a certificate and a prize.

How It Works: Each month, we will spotlight a different character trait and invite BHS Staff to nominate students who truly embody it.

For the Month of May the Character Trait is Resilience.

This past week, we hosted the inaugural Top 10% Academic Banquet for the Class of 2025–2026. Each student invited a teacher or mentor who made a profound impact on their academic journey. The evening provided students with the opportunity to express their gratitude, while teachers and mentors shared heartfelt words in return. Parents were also invited to celebrate this special occasion and recognize the dedication, support, and achievements that helped make the success of these students possible. Congratulations to all of our honorees on this outstanding accomplishment!
