✔️ People ages 18–26 with firsthand lived experience with mental health and/or substance use recovery
✔️ People who are passionate about supporting other young people
✔️ People who believe in the power of connection, hope, and shared experiences
✔️ People who want to make a meaningful difference in their communities
You don't need to have all the answers. Sometimes, simply knowing someone understands can make all the difference. 💙

From Youth Peer Support Statewide Network to Maine Peer Link!

A new name and a website! www.mainepeerlink.org

Same peer support.
Same team.
Same statewide connection.
A new name that better represents who we are.

Maine Peer Link connects young folks ages 14-26 with 1on1 peer support, drop in opportunities, workshops, and people who understand.

More to come as we continue to roll out!

As the seasons change, we’re reminded that change can be beautiful.The leaves let go of what they’ve been holding onto, making room for something new. 🌿

Life can be a lot like that. Change may feel uncomfortable, uncertain, or even scary at times — but it can also create space for growth, healing, and new beginnings.

This fall, remember to give yourself permission to change, to grow, to rest, and to take care of you. ❤️

Take a walk. Take a breath. Reach out to someone. Give yourself grace. And remember that taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health.
