2026 Bruins Academy hosted by MJBB is ALMOST SOLD OUT!
PAY ONLY FOR THE GEAR - THE HOCKEY AND COACHING IS FREE!

The Boston Bruins’ Learn to Play program, Bruins Academy, presented by Pure Hockey and hosted by Maine Jr. Black Bears, helps aspiring youth hockey players develop their skills. We are thrilled to once again offer this special program to our younger players. All players must be between the ages of 5 and 9 years old at the time of registration and be able to skate on their own, unaided. This is perfect for those completing our Learn to Play and Atoms Programs.

The $225 registration fee includes:
Four weeks of FREE on-ice instruction led by certified coaches
Full set of equipment to keep (valued at $550 retail)
Pair of skates
Professional, personalized fitting - MJBB Concierge Fittings Available by appointment!

MAINE JR BLACK BEARS - IN THE BIG BARN!
Tonight was Session 2 of our much-beloved Learn to Skate - Learn to Play program - Summer Edition! We had a full house here this gorgeous August evening, and some surprises too! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who helped make tonight’s session fantastic - and with sweet treats at the end! We are so thankful for each and every one of our families, and are so glad you’re here!

It’ll be an hour of classroom followed by an hour on ice. Two of our Hockey East Officials will be running the off & on ice. Alex Berard (ECHL referee also) and Steve Rouillard!
