💜 Empty Arms Support Group — Tonight 💜

Tonight, we’re gathering around the theme of Self Care. 🌿

When you’re carrying the grief of pregnancy or infant loss, caring for yourself can feel difficult or even impossible at times. Tonight is an opportunity to slow down, connect with others who understand, and talk about ways we can gently care for ourselves while navigating grief.

You don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to be having a “good” day. Come exactly as you are. 🤍

💜 A safe, compassionate space for support, connection, and remembrance.

Registration is now OPEN! If you’d like to receive an official walk t-shirt, be sure to register by mid-September to guarantee your shirt.

This special event brings our community together to honor and remember the babies who are forever in our hearts while offering hope, support, and connection to families who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss.

💙 Create a team in your baby’s memory or in your business name and invite your family, friends, and coworkers to join you as you walk together.

💙 Start a fundraiser when you register. Fundraising is one of the meaningful ways we honor our loved ones while helping support the mission of Empty Arms and the families we serve.
