🚗 Huge thanks to Darling's Auto and their amazing customers! For another year, you have supported our fulfillment site. This is a critical space where food safety and access come together, helping us pack thousands of medically tailored groceries and fresh produce prescriptions. Because of your incredible support, our mainly volunteer team can pack, store, and deliver these healthy meals starting on day one of a patient’s cancer treatment. 💙

We’re proud to support the incredible work of the Christine B. Foundation.

This marks our second year partnering on the Darling’s Auto Fulfillment Center, and this presentation also includes a pledge made at the June 22nd Dinner with Christine B. event.

Help Us Power CBF’s Community-Led Mission ❤️

We’re looking for volunteers to help Christine B. Foundation expand our impact across Maine!

🚗 Home-Delivery Drivers — Eastern & Southern Maine
Deliver medically tailored groceries directly to cancer patients in your community. Flexible opportunities available based on delivery schedules and location.

🏥 Hospital Site Representatives
Serve as a welcoming CBF presence at hospital sites, helping patients access our nutrition programs and supporting day-to-day program needs.

📋 Operations Support Volunteer — Bangor
We’re especially looking for someone to provide ongoing operational support to our small staff team. This 5-10+ hour/week volunteer role will help coordinate and communicate with volunteers, support office and program operations, assist with community outreach and events, and help keep the systems behind CBF’s community-led work moving forward.

This is an opportunity to help extend the capacity of CBF’s two staff leaders by strengthening the volunteer workforce that makes our programs possible.

🎉 Great news! Supporting the Christine B. Foundation just got even easier—we're now on CLYNK! ♻️💚

Turn your bottle and can returns into nutritious groceries for neighbors facing cancer. Simply search for the Christine B. Foundation when redeeming your bottles and choose to donate your balance.

Want to make giving even easier? We'd be happy to provide you with CLYNK bags! Fill them as you collect your returnables, then drop them off at any participating CLYNK location. Scoop some up the next time you're volunteering or in the Bangor area. Just send us a message, and we'll get you started.

Every bottle makes a difference. Thank you for helping us nourish hope, one return at a time! 💚

Shout out to WS Emerson for some new CBF tees 👕

Thank you for being a great partner to work with. Did you know last year we distributed nearly 3,000 medically-tailored groceries, each prepared in a custom printed tote bag donated by WS Emerson? Thank you for holding this work together 🍎

It’s concert season and who wants to worry about parking before a show at Maine Savings Amphitheater? We have you covered.

Sandollar Spa And Pool is walking distance to the show and every spot is benefiting CBF cancer nutrition services 🍎

Will be waiting for you with a smile! But quick, the lot might fill up fast and it is first come first serve.

Skip the parking hassle and park with purpose! 🎶🚗

If you're heading to CAAMP (July 18), Weird Al (July 19), or Five Finger Death Punch (July 22) at Maine Savings Amphitheater, park at Sandollar Spa & Pool and help make a difference.

Every vehicle parked supports the Christine B. Foundation's mission to provide no-cost nutrition services to local cancer patients and their families.

A special thank you to for generously partnering with us to make this fundraiser possible again this year!

See you at the shows—and thank you for parking with purpose! 💚

Welcome Susan Harvey, CBF Summer Intern!

We're excited to officially welcome Susan Harvey to the Christine B. Foundation team as our summer intern through the Muskie School of Public Service at the University of Southern Maine.

Throughout the summer, Susan will be spending time volunteering alongside our team at various hospital partners while also leading two special projects: evaluating and reporting on the current CBF volunteer experience and developing a revised edition of the CBF Cancer Cookbook.

Beyond this gift she is giving the CBF team, Susan serves as Adjunct Faculty in Dental Education at UMA Bangor and is also a School-Based Dentist with PCHC, bringing a unique blend of healthcare, education, and community service experience to CBF.

Please join me in welcoming Susan and helping make her internship a meaningful experience!
