Today we dropped off a large load of cardboard and plastic bottles to Bandera Recycles . We also dropped off 6 Blue Recycling 32 Gallon Trash Cans, to assist them in sorting their Recycling. Joseph Tharp Diane Payne Art Crawford Silver Sage

The votes are in, and thanks to an incredible turnout from our members and community, this year’s BEC Foundation Member Choice Contest ended in a tie! 🤩

Congratulations to Bandera Recycles (Don't Make Waste Bandera) and Out Of The Way Community Corp., our 2026 Member Choice Contest winners! Because of the tied vote count, both organizations will receive a $5,000 grant to support their important work and make an even greater impact in our community. 💙

All recycling centers will be closed tomorrow. Leakey is always closed Thursdays and it will be raining in camp wood so no collection. Please do not bring recycling when the center is not open. Thanks!
