The annual Bandera Clayfest benefiting the Bandera County Junior Livestock Show Association will be on May 16, 2026. This is a really fun sporting clays course and you can support the youth of Bandera County while having a good time. For more information see the pictures below. The first Lamb and Goat Validation opportunity is going on now at Mansfield Park. If you miss today’s validation there will be one more opportunity this Wednesday from 4-6pm.

As always, consult with the Bandera County Jr Livestock Show rulebook available on the website (BCJLSA.com) for all rules, dates and times.

The BCJLSA Clayfest is next Saturday (8/9). There is still time to register a team to shoot. This is a great opportunity to shoot a private sporting clay course that is a lot of fun.

The 2025 BCJLSA Bandera Clayfest fundraiser will be August 9th this year. Shooting packages and sponsorships are available. This is the main fundraiser for the livestock show for the year. It helps us maintain facilities and provide upgrades to the show barn. Printable forms can be found on the website (https://www.bcjlsa.com) on the Fundraisers page and mirror those included in the pictures below. Exhibitors and Parents:

The preparations for 2026 projects are well underway. The 2026 Bandera County Jr Livestock Show Rulebook is updated and posted on the association’s website. Now is a good time to read through the rulebook, make sure you understand all the rules and ask questions. There are key dates to be aware of starting in June for certain projects. Don’t be caught off guard by not familiarizing yourself with the rules.

We can’t wait to have the barn full and see all of the exhibitors come January.
