Rising Over Standards and Excelling, Inc. (ROSE) is a nonprofit organizations that provides resources to underserved communities by offering educational and outreach services for youth, young adults, and their families that will translate to the growth of more leaders in Baltimore City. Specifically, we follow a community program model that connects underserved populations with volunteers in an ef

fort to decrease risk factors that create conditions for unhealthy communities, and increase protective factors that cultivate healthy communities.
