At a time when AI seems to be integrating into almost every aspect of our lives, youth mentoring programs face some new and important decisions about if, how, and when they might integrate AI into their work. Some are already finding ways to make their programs stronger through the use of AI, while others are still contemplating this shift and weighing the benefits and concerns. With its new survey, MENTOR is hoping to hear from those who work in youth mentoring programs about their use of AI, the ways they think it can strengthen their work, and their thoughts about guidelines and ethical considerations that can help our field get the use of this emerging technology right. If you have thoughts to share about the use of AI in youth mentoring programs, both in helping staff do their work and in supporting mentors and youth, then please make your voice heard by participating in our brief survey before May 15th! https://bit.ly/AImentorsurvey
