Mentoring Mentors believe with the proper education and access to resources combined with the right attitude and work ethic, any child, adolescent, and teen will be better prepared for life's challenges and opportunities. We accomplish this is by volunteering, mentoring and mentorship opportunities through intergenerational mentoring. We seek to reach back; we serve those who have faced unfortunate circumstances in underserved communities. By using adversity to propel our mentees, we hope to teach and guide mentees in the development of a positive blueprint for life by engaging our mentees, encouraging our mentees, and empowering our mentees we seek to inspire future mentors.”
