FREE digital media and youth workforce workshop: Viral 4 A Vision.

We invite youth and young adults (ages 16-26) to join us in-person or virtually on August 15, 2026 from 10 a.m. -12 p.m. EST.


This experience helps youth and young adults build confidence, creativity, communication skills, and digital opportunities through content creation, branding, storytelling, entrepreneurship, and social media strategy.

IMPORTANT: This is a hybrid event. Attend in-person at the University of Baltimore Business Center or online from anywhere. In person attendees will receive a certificate of completion. After registering, online attendees will receive the virtual access information before the event.

🚨 OPERATION – Disrupting the Pipeline to Prison 🚨

Our mission is simple:

EDUCATE. INFORM. REFORM.
Too many young people, especially in underserved communities are entering the criminal justice system without fully understanding the lifelong consequences of the choices they make or the barriers they may face along the way.

EDUCATE our youth so they can recognize situations that may put their future at risk and make informed decisions.

INFORM them by sharing your lived experiences. Your testimony, your mistakes, your victories, and your lessons learned could save someone else's future.

REFORM minds before lives are changed forever. Prevention is more powerful than punishment.
We all have a responsibility to reach back and help those coming behind us. One conversation can change the direction of a young person's life.

Carmelo Castle, an 18-year-old from Woodville High School in Texas, made history in May 2025 by becoming the first high school student in the state to complete a four-year plumbing program and pass the state licensing exam. Trained under instructor John Bunker, he transitioned straight into the workforce after graduation as a second-year tradesman with Local 68 Plumbing.🔧🎓
