Bourbon and Bowties Bourbon & Bowties is an annual fundraiser planned and executed by QG Community Charities, a 501c3 charitable organization formed in 2015.

Our efforts have led to donations totaling over $500,000. Join us for cocktails, food, and fun -- for a great cause. Bourbon & Bowties is QG Community Charities' annual charity fundraiser, held each year on the Thursday following the Kentucky Derby. Bourbon & Bowties is the premier charity event of the year in the Baltimore area, and in the last two years, has raised more than $550,000 for chariti

es with a local impact. Bourbon & Bowties is held at B & O Railroad Museum and provides its guests with an outside tent, fine bourbon, spirits, beer and wine, and world class ci**rs, all complemented by delectable food from the area’s best dining establishments. Live and silent auctions offer additional opportunities to support our charities. We ask attendees to wear bowties during the day of the event to raise awareness for the charities we are supporting and as a sign of commitment to making Baltimore a little more handsome (or beautiful).

This incredible event brings together great people, outstanding whiskey, and a whole lot of Louisiana flavor — all in support of Maryland Bourbon Society and the Baltimore Hunger Project. 💛

Think: piles of live Louisiana crawfish, shrimp, andouille, jambalaya, bottle shares, bourbon pours, messy tables, loud laughs, and the kind of storytelling that only happens after “just one more splash.” 😉🔥

It’s the perfect mix of good food, good whiskey, and good people — exactly the kind of community we love raising a glass with.
